CRS-6706: Oracle Clusterware Release patch on RAC

Error:

CRS-6706: Oracle Clusterware Release patch level (‘689998692’) does not match Software patch level (‘3507432230’). Oracle Clusterware cannot be started.
CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

 

Solution

Step 1:
root@ORARAC1 (Q_AJARA_XII):/u01/app/19.0.0/grid/crs/install 25
# $ORACLE_HOME/bin/clscfg -localpatch
clscfg: EXISTING configuration version 0 detected.
Creating OCR keys for user ‘root’, privgrp ‘root’..
Operation successful.
root@ORARAC1 (Q_AJARA_XII):/u01/app/19.0.0/grid/crs/install 0

Step 2
# $ORACLE_HOME/crs/install/rootcrs.sh -lock
Smartmatch is deprecated at /u01/app/19.0.0/grid/crs/install/crsupgrade.pm line 6512.
Using configuration parameter file: /u01/app/19.0.0/grid/crs/install/crsconfig_params
The log of current session can be found at:
/u01/app/grid/crsdata/ORARAC1/crsconfig/crslock_ORARAC1_2024-06-08_08-31-55PM.log
